- 2 bananas, sliced
- 3 to 4 tablespoons peanut butter

Instructions
- Prepare the first bowl: Add half the cottage cheese to a bowl and top it with half of the sliced banana. Then, sprinkle half of the hemp hearts and drizzle half of the maple syrup over the bowl. Finally, add half the peanut butter on top.
- Prepare the second bowl: Repeat the same process with the remaining ingredients—cottage cheese, banana slices, hemp hearts, maple syrup, and peanut butter—to make the second bowl.
