Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • Butter for greasing the baking dish
  • 1 block (about 5.2 ounces) Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin cheese
  • 8 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the scrambled egg dish.
  2. Prepare Baking Dish: Generously butter an 8×8-inch (or similar size) baking dish to prevent sticking and add flavor.
  3. Add Ingredients: Crack all 8 large eggs directly into the buttered baking dish, then place the entire block of Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin cheese on top of the eggs.
  4. Bake Eggs: Place the baking dish into the preheated oven and bake for 16-18 minutes until the eggs are mostly set.
  5. Mix and Mash: Remove the dish from the oven, then mix and mash the eggs with the melted Boursin cheese until the mixture is fluffy and creamy with the cheese well incorporated.
  6. Optional Firming: If you prefer a firmer texture, return the dish to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle the finished dish with chopped chives, cracked black pepper, or a pinch of chili flakes.
  • Serve with toast or roasted vegetables for a complete and satisfying meal.
