  • 2 green apples, halved and quartered
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • 6 romaine leaves
  • 5 kale leaves
  • 1 lemon, peeled

Instructions

  1. Wash Ingredients: Thoroughly wash all produce to remove dirt and pesticides for a clean and fresh juice.
  2. Juicing Method: Pass all the washed ingredients through a powerful juicer. Serve the juice immediately with ice if desired.
  3. Blender Method (Alternative): Place all washed ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth, approximately 1 to 2 minutes. Use a tamper as needed to push ingredients toward the blades.
  4. Strain Juice (Blender method): Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or nut milk bag into a container. Use the back of a spoon to press and extract as much juice as possible. Discard the leftover solids.
